How do I create a new wallet?+
Click 'Get Started' or 'Create Wallet' on the homepage. Follow the registration flow: enter your email, verify with OTP, generate your seed phrase, confirm your recovery words, and your wallet is ready. Store your seed phrase securely offline before proceeding.
How do I recover access to my account?+
If you have your 12-word seed phrase, you can restore access by using the 'Connect Existing Wallet' flow. If you also lost your seed phrase, contact our support team through the Help Center. For account-level issues (email, 2FA), use the recovery options on the login page.
Why is my reward rate different from yesterday?+
Protocol incentive rates are variable and adjust based on real-time protocol participation metrics, vault occupancy, and governance parameters. Rates can change daily. Past rates are not guarantees of future rates.
How do I claim staking rewards?+
Navigate to your Dashboard and open the Rewards section. Eligible rewards will show a 'Claim' action. Claims are processed within your account and reflected in your balance immediately. Daily streak rewards can also be claimed from the streak tracker.
How do I deposit assets to start staking?+
Go to your Dashboard and click 'Deposit'. Select your asset and network, then send funds to the provided deposit address. Deposits are reviewed and credited to your account within 1–24 hours after on-chain confirmation. Once credited, you can stake from the Staking page.
Is there a minimum amount to stake?+
Minimum staking thresholds are defined per pool and displayed on the Staking page. Check the individual pool details for minimums before opening a position.
